Community partners are critical to the success of any coalition in addressing issues like substance abuse.  CCOY strives to maintain strong working relationships with our local youth programs, schools, law enforcement, City Government, faith-based communities, Chamber of Commerce, Tribal communities, health care providers, and public health workers.
